February 23rd (Last Name beginning A-M) 
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m- 7 & 10 year olds
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m- 8 & 11 year olds 
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m- 9 & 12 year olds 

March 2nd (Last Name beginning N–Z) 
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m- 7 & 10 year olds 
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m- 8 & 11 year olds 
3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m- 9 & 12 year olds 

As a reminder- evaluations are mandatory for all 7-12 year old players and will be held at MapleZone Sports Institute Field House (1451 Conchester Hwy Garnet Valley, PA 19061). 

- Every player should come with a hat, glove, helmet and bat. If your player does not have a helmet or bat, we will arrange for them to share with another child.  

- If your child has a conflict with their assigned date, you can make arrangements to attend the corresponding time slot on the other date by contacting the Player Agent at [email protected].
